SHIPPING & HANDLING
*Free standard shipping on New Zealand orders over $195 NZD within New Zealand.
Fragrances can only be shipped via Standard Shipping within New Zealand. Due to international restrictions, we can only ship to New Zealand addresses.
Orders are shipped from our fulfilment facilities in Maunganui via Haste Couriers with the below options and rates.
STANDARD SHIPPING
- For all New Zealand orders under $195, a flat rate of $10.00 will be charged for postage and handling.
- All standard shipments are shipped Haste Couriers and will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
- Please verify your shipping address carefully! Once your order is submitted, the shipping address cannot be changed or updated.
SHIPPING DETAILS
- Orders are not dispatched over the weekend or on Public Holidays.
- You will receive an email on the day your order has been dispatched.
- You will receive tracking information from the carrier once your order is dispatched.
- If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver.
- Alternatively, a card will be left at your address advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product. Your product will then be available to be collected at your local post office. You will find information about the post office location on the card left by the courier.
- Fragrances must be shipped via Standard Shipping.
- Due to international restrictions, fragrances can only be shipped to New Zealand addresses.
- Due to country regulations, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any Local import taxes and duties that may be incurred when purchasing product from the New Zealand website.
SHIPPING DETAILS
- If your order includes multiple items, these items may only be available for dispatch from separate locations.
- In this instance, your order will be split into multiple orders and will be delivered separately under different tracking numbers.
- Each time your order is split, you will receive an email notification with the new order details.
- No additional shipping charges will be applied to split orders.
